Address ADA Parking Requirements Across Your Property

Accessible parking involves more than repainting a wheelchair symbol. Parking-space dimensions, access aisles, surface slopes, signage, curb ramps, and the route to an accessible entrance all affect whether a property provides safe and usable access.

EBP Paving & Concrete helps commercial properties throughout New Jersey improve accessible parking areas through site assessments, pavement repairs, concrete and curb ramp work, pavement markings, and sign installation. Our team coordinates the identified surface, concrete, and marking improvements under one project scope.

Our ADA Parking Lot Improvement Process

We review the parking area, identify the physical improvements needed, and complete the approved pavement, concrete, marking, and signage work.

Review the Parking Area and Accessible Route

Our team evaluates accessible parking-space locations, access aisles, vertical signage, curb ramps, surface slopes, pavement condition, and the route leading to the accessible entrance.

Conduct a Site Assessment

Based on the property’s layout, existing conditions, and applicable project requirements, we outline the striping, signage, concrete, drainage, and pavement improvements that should be addressed.

Implement Regulatory Steps

EBP can restripe accessible spaces and access aisles, install signs, repair uneven pavement, construct or repair curb ramps, and coordinate related concrete or drainage work.

Common ADA Parking Requirements We Address

Car-accessible spaces must be at least 96 inches wide with an access aisle at least 60 inches wide.
